Diplo poses nude on Instagram amid sexual misconduct claims

What a fun-guy.

Diplo posted a silly video of himself in the buff Friday as he faces the possibility of multiple charges of rape and sexual misconduct claims.

“My impression of the first human to ever try mushrooms 🍄,” the 42-year-old captioned a clip of him holding the spore-bearing vegetable while wearing only a leaflet over his crotch and a pair of multicolored Crocs.

He also added the hashtags, “#nationalmushroomday #mycology,” and soundtracked the clip to Edvard Grieg’s classical composition, “Morning Mood” from “Peer Gynt Suite No. 1.”

The DJ’s pal, dancer Casey Frey, commented under the post, “Ur on timeout dip,” while many others just left several crying laughing emoji.

But the criminal charges the famed DJ — née Thomas Wesley Pentz — may face are no laughing matter.

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office told Page Six last week that they are considering charges of invasion of privacy and intentionally giving someone an STI.

A woman, who filed her complaint with the LAPD in October 2020, is claiming Diplo raped her in his Las Vegas hotel room after one of his concerts.

Meanwhile, the “Lean On” musician’s lawyer has denied any wrongdoing.

“Yet more lies from the same disturbed individual who has been stalking and menacing Wes, his family and his friends for years,” Bryan Freedman said in a statement. “As is well known, this person tried to extort Wes for millions of dollars and, after he refused to pay her a penny, launched an unceasing campaign of harassment against my client.”

Diplo reiterated his attorney’s sentiments on social media, calling his accuser a “stalker.”

No criminal charges have been filed yet over the alleged incident.

Following the allegations, it’s apparently been business as usual for the EDM musician.

Last week, Diplo posted another goofy video of himself feeding a carrot to a turtle with his mouth. He captioned the clip, “I can always count on you.”

Work-wise, he also appears to still be doing well, sharing an Instagram Story on Thursday about a gig scheduled for Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas this Saturday.
